Businesses can also give employees the opportunity to participate in meditation/relaxation programs, or massage therapy to decrease the stress involved with working.
Other ways to decrease stress in employees is to have support groups in certain areas like cancer, weight loss, diabetes, or alcohol abuse.
With a combination of all these programs and ideas mentioned, the overall health of the corporation’s staff members goes up and the corporation’s health-insurance premiums, goes down.
